This page explains what personal information SavedCalls collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We have written it in plain language.
Who we are

What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, email address, phone number and type of business, when you ask for a custom build, get the free test sheet, or start checkout. We save checkout details before you reach the payment page, so we can help if a payment fails.
- Purchase details: when you buy, your payment is handled by our payment provider. We receive your name, email and order details. We do not receive or store your card or UPI details.
- Usage data: if you accept advertising cookies, our advertising partner may receive information about your visit, such as pages viewed and actions taken, so we can measure whether our ads work.
Why we use it
- To deliver the product you bought and to reply to your messages.
- To send you the estimate you asked for.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax requirements.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the business: our payment provider (Razorpay), Google (we store form submissions in Google Sheets and send email through it), our website host, and our advertising partner (Meta Platforms). They may process data outside India. We share only what each needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We keep enquiry and estimate messages for up to two years, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time. Write to the contact email above. We will respond within a reasonable time. We handle personal information in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
